Fast, free and fully tracked. Here is everything you need to know about how, when and where we deliver your VVIFY brushes.
1. Free Tracked UK Delivery
Every VVIFY order ships with FREE tracked delivery within the United Kingdom — there is no minimum spend and no checkout surprises. The price you see is the price you pay.
Your parcel is sent with a reputable tracked courier service so you can follow its journey from our London studio to your door.
2. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch every order within 1 working day of it being placed. Orders received before 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, UK deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland usually take a little longer.
Delivery estimates are guidance rather than a guarantee, as final timings depend on the courier. The vast majority of orders arrive comfortably within the windows above.
- UK mainland: 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Republic of Ireland: a few extra working days
4. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Most UK addresses are covered under our standard delivery window.
Some destinations may take a little longer than the standard estimate due to courier routing.
- UK mainland (England, Scotland, Wales)

- Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands — delivery may take longer

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Please allow a few hours after dispatch for the tracking information to update with the courier. If you have not received your dispatch email, do check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.
6. Order Processing & Cut-Off
Our same-working-day dispatch cut-off is 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
All orders are subject to stock availability and successful payment authorisation through our secure Stripe checkout. If there is any issue processing your order, we will contact you promptly.
7. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. Parcels that are returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded for the goods once received back; any re-delivery may incur a further cost.
8. International Shipping
At present we ship only to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. We are working to expand our delivery destinations, so please check back as more regions are added.

9. Customs, Duties & VAT (Ireland)
Prices on our website are shown in GBP (£). For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, your order may be subject to local import VAT, customs duties or handling fees on arrival, depending on the value of the order and prevailing regulations.
Any such charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. VVIFY has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. UK deliveries are not affected by import charges.
