We’re a small London team that reads every message — and we aim to reply within one working day.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. Messages that land in the evening, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are answered first thing on the next working day, in the order they arrive.

A quick note on timing: orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day, and everything else goes out within one working day. So if your order has only just been placed, give it a little time before chasing a tracking update — it may already be on its way.

Answers to the questions we hear most

Where is my order and how do I track it?+
Every UK order ships with free, tracked delivery, and we email your tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If it hasn’t arrived in your inbox, check your spam folder, then email support@vvify.com with your order number and we’ll resend it straight away.
How long does delivery take?+
Free, tracked UK delivery typically arrives in 2 to 4 working days. We dispatch within one working day of your order — the same working day if you order before 2pm — so your brushes are on their way quickly.
How do I return something?+
You have 30 days from delivery to return your order. Email support@vvify.com with your order number and we’ll send simple return instructions. Once your brushes are back with us, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Checkout is powered by Stripe, a trusted global payments provider, and your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. You can shop with complete peace of mind.
What payment methods can I use?+
Our secure Stripe checkout accepts all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, one-tap ordering on your phone.
Are your brushes really vegan and cruelty-free?+
Always. Every VVIFY brush is 100% vegan and cruelty-free, made with soft synthetic fibres — never animal hair — that pick up and blend product beautifully for an airbrushed finish.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?+
We do. If you run a salon, studio or shop and would like to stock VVIFY, email support@vvify.com with a few details about your business and we’ll share wholesale pricing and minimum order information.
Can I change my delivery address?+
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can usually update the address — but please be quick, as we dispatch within one working day. Email support@vvify.com or call +44 7775 554848 with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible.
Do you ship to Ireland?+
Yes. We ship across the UK and to Ireland. UK orders include free, tracked delivery; if you’re ordering from Ireland and have a question about timings, just drop us a line and we’ll help.
